At Chandrabazaar, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below:
Return Requests
Eligibility: You can request a return within “3 days” from the delivery date. For example, if your product is delivered on “01/01/2024”, your return request must be submitted by maximum “12:00 AM on 04/01/2024”.
Branded Products
– For any branded products, the Chandrabazaar team will assist you in obtaining support from the respective brand. Please note that the brand is solely responsible for approving any claims.
Important : To process your return request, you must provide a “video of unboxing” that clearly shows the shipping label. Requests submitted without this video may not be entertained.
Refund Process
– The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment source after deducting any promotional offers applied during the purchase.
– For cash-on-delivery (COD) returns, store credits equivalent to the amount paid will be issued. These store credits will be valid for “3 years” from the credit date.
Damaged Products
– If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. After verification, we will provide either a replacement or a refund based on your preference.
